Technology Devices and Internet
Northeast Lakeview College Information Technology has laptops and hotspots available for loan to students. Students can initiate a request by calling the Help Desk (210-486-5777 - Option 3) or by completing the following form:
Students calling the Help Desk will have their information verified, including registration, and a curbside pick-up will be scheduled.
Students submitting a request by an online form will receive a call from IT within 24 hrs. to schedule a curbside pick-up.
Students MUST be registered for the semester in which they are requesting the device to qualify for device check-out.

UPDATE to the START of the Spring 2022 semester
As we prepare for a new spring semester, we want to express our confidence that you will continue to meet whatever challenges we face with the same dedication.
The health and safety of our students, employees and the community is our highest priority, and we have been monitoring the local situation closely to adjust our plans for spring as needed.
For the Spring 2022 semester, our colleges and offices will be open.
However, there are some changes in effect for the start of the spring semester while we continue to monitor the status of the COVID-19 Omicron variant surge, along with city, county, state, and CDC recommendations.
- Most classes will be held remotely through - February 7 unless you are otherwise notified by your instructor.
Computer lab (NLIB 237) will be open to assist students who may need technology support
Tutoring, library services, and academic support will transition to remote services. Check the website for hours and how to access services
The NLC bookstore will continue to provide some on-site services and hours. Please visit their website for hours
All employees and students coming on campus must be screened with a temperature check and receive a wristband prior to entering any building. The screening location will be NLIB, Cybercafe.
Face coverings strongly encouraged

|Classes will be offered in the following formats:||
Synchronous instruction (live class meetings at scheduled class days and times), using technology-enhanced and fully interactive learning. It offers the benefits of face-to-face instruction while maximizing social distancing efforts. Remote instruction will take place via ZOOM, Canvas, and additional remote-access tools.
(Fully Distance Education) courses delivered entirely online in an asynchronous format.
