NLC Athletes Receive $40K in Scholarships

Three former NLC basketball players signed letters of intent to play with institutions at the next level. Derrick Cook signed with Huston Tillotson in Austin, TX, earning him a basketball scholarship totaling $16,000 per year. Teyvon Lundy signed with University of St. Mary in Leavenworth, KS and will be receiving academic and basketball scholarships totaling $21,000 per year. Myles Potter signed with Highline College in Des Moines, WA as a preferred walk on.
This past year, the Northeast Lakeview College basketball team had one of its best seasons ever, finishing out as regular season champs.
