Bio:

I have been with Alamo Colleges since 2006. First as a Corporate Liaison and then as a Program Coordinator/Faculty Instructor for the college. I started back in the classroom for NVC in 2016 and have been instructing since.

As the Program Coordinator for the Customer Service/Sales Operations program I consider myself a SME in the following areas Customer Service, Human Relations, Business Communications, Project Management, Leadership and Sales. Not only do I instruct in these areas but my industry skills also fall into all of these areas.
