After completing a Bachelor's degree in Genetics and Developmental Biology at Penn State, I moved to Texas to pursue a Master's degree in Chemistry at Baylor University. This semester, I will start my first course towards my PhD in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) at Liberty University. After I completed my Master's degree, I worked in industry for a couple years as a Research and Development Scientist, as well as a Quality Control Director. I made the transition to academia two years ago, and have taught a myriad of chemistry courses since then including Introductory Chemistry, General Chemistry, Quantitative Analysis, and Instrumental Analysis, along with their associated labs. In my free time, I enjoy riding my bicycle, cooking, finding deals at Goodwill and Thrift stores, as well as sewing. Please feel free to shoot me an email to chat about classes, your career questions, or just college life in general.
