Tobin Lofts provides fully furnished one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments which include: fully equipped, modern kitchens, in-unit washer and dryers as well as an inclusive utility package. Residents also enjoy luxury amenities such as a resort-style pool, game room, study rooms, fitness room, business center and 24-hour on-call maintenance. Leases are “by the bed” for a 12-month period and roommates are not financially responsible for each other. Each resident will be assigned an individual bedroom within an apartment and share the common area with their roommate(s).
Tobin Lofts leases to students, faculty and staff whom attend or are employed by any institution of higher education in San Antonio and requires proof of enrollment or employee status.

Villa Maria Residence
Female students can reside at Villa Maria which is located 12 minutes from the college. The residence for young women is run by Catholic nuns, who happily receive young women from different countries, cultures and religions, with no distinction of race or creed.
The services provided at Villa Maria include:

VIA Metropolitan Transit - Upon completion of registration and tuition payment, one week before classes begin students will receive a semester bus pass issued by the Business Office located in the Fletcher Administration Center (FAC).
