Greater Kerrville Center - Career Mobility Program
Greater Kerrville Center is the Career Mobility program Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accelerated program offered to individuals in the city of San Antonio and Bexar County. To increase the number of nurses in underprivileged areas with extreme nursing shortages, the San Antonio College Department of Nursing Education has extended its service to Kerrville and Kerr County. The Greater Kerrville Center Career Mobility program established in 1997 is coordinated out of the San Antonio College Department of Nursing Education program campus.
Admission for the Greater Kerrville Center is only done in the Spring semester. Open application period is June 1st to August 31st.
Nursing courses for the Greater Kerrville Center Career Mobility program are online and clinical sites utilize surrounding area healthcare facilities to meet course objectives and learning outcomes.
Admission criteria for the Great Kerrville Center Career Mobility program is the same for the Career Mobility Program offered in San Antonio.
