Eddie Canales, with the South Texas Human Rights Project, will speak on how the organization is working to prevent migrant deaths by placing over 150 water stations along the Texas-Mexico border, with more on the way.
It is also systematizing forensic data collection of unidentified human remains and is mapping unknown graves in 18 Texas border counties.
