Employer Tabling
Employers interested in tabling on-campus must email Sabrina at smacal@alamo.edu to schedule a reservation. Employers registered on Handshake are given priority for career events & tabling
- There is no cost associated with tabling or attending our career fairs
- Parking is free in general parking lots/garages
- Tabling is available Monday -Thursday (10am-1pm)
- We only approve one employer per day
- Employers approved for tabling can be provided a table and chairs (if needed)
- Employers are responsible for bringing table covers and hiring literature
- Employers must check- in at The Student Enrichment Center (Moody 107) on the day of their reservation
- Employers not approved or vetted through our department, may not pass out literature on campus
Career Fair
Our spring career fair will be hosted on April 12, 2023 from 10am-2pm at San Antonio College. Employers interested in participating must pre-register.

Employer First-Time Registration
Access the free student job bank, Handshake, to post positions to students at the five colleges of the Alamo Colleges District. Quick Start Employer Registration Guide:
- Register for a new account using your employer work email address and a password by visiting the link: New Employer. Note: Registration provides access to post positions to all five colleges.
- Complete the registration form, agree to the Employer Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.*
- Click Next: Confirm Email to verify your account via the employer work email address provided

Organizations & Non-Profits should set up an account on Handshake to post both paid or unpaid internships.
Please complete the Intern Evaluation Form once a student completes an internship to provide our college with feedback to improve future experiences.
