You may have selected CE Summer 2020 or CE Fall 2020. This will prompt you to re-apply for admissions. Scroll down the list of terms and select either Summer 2020 or Fall 2020. As long as you are an active student and you select the correct term, you should not have to re-apply for admissions.
The best place to locate your Assigned Advisor is through your GPS-digital degree plan. Log in to your ACES account and locate the GPS (compass-like symbol) and click on GPS. This will open your digital degree plan where you can locate your Assigned Advisor in the top portion of your digital degree plan.
If you do not have an Assigned Advisor, email sac-advising@alamo.edu and include your Name, Banner ID and major and Advising staff will follow-up with you.
Contact your Assigned Advisor, located in your GPS digital degree plan. Or, you can email sac-advising@alamo.edu. Include your Name, Banner ID and a request for your Advising PIN. Advising staff will follow-up with you.
Yes. As long as you are registered in the pre-requisite course, you can register for the next level of the course. If you continue to run in to registration issues, contact your Assigned Advisor, or the academic department associated with the course.
Alamo IM Direct Course means the course offers low to no-cost digital materials for the course. Check with the professor or instructor of the course for more details.
Once a course is full, it is at capacity and students cannot be added in to the course.
All summer classes will be held online. Stay tuned for news and updates about fall courses. News and updates about online and or face-to-face courses will be sent to you through your Alamo student email found in your ACES account.
Yes. Now that you are part of the Alamo Colleges system, you can take a course at any of the Alamo Colleges. However, if you plan to graduate from San Antonio College, it is important to speak to your Advisor about the maximum number of courses you can take at another Alamo College.

If you have more than 15 college credit hours you could be potentially exempt from some enrollment steps on the checklist.
