Marsha Hall named as a Quality Texas Foundation Fellow

Congratulations to Marsha Hall for her recent appointment as a Quality Texas Foundation Fellow.
Hall is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at St. Philip’s College. She is responsible for facilitating the identification and successful implementation of college initiatives designed to measurably improve college key performance indicators and student outcomes. She serves on the strategic planning team and is the project manager for large strategic initiatives.
She has a Master of Science in Educational Technology Leadership from DeVry University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Quality Systems Management degree at the New England School of Business.
Hall has been a Quality Texas examiner since 2012. She has served on many application teams in multiple roles, including Team Leader, Backup Team Leader, Process Coach, Editor, and Category Lead. As a fellow, she was selected from the broad pool of stakeholders who have served in multiple roles over an extended period as members of the Board of Directors, Board of Examiners, Panel of Judges, Process Observers, Program Office staff, and as members of other essential teams or committees supporting QTF or the Texas Award for Performance Excellence.
The Quality Texas Foundation helps businesses, hospitals, schools, government agencies and non-profits improve performance, encouraging the use of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence and other methods that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Texas Foundation established the Fellow designation as its highest recognition of achievement for individual service and contributions.
