The Alamo Colleges District will host the upcoming IV International Congress of Gastronomy Educators, which will be held on October 19 – 21, 2018 at St. Philip’s College. This event will bring together chef educators and other special guests from around the world under the theme: “Gastronomy of the Americas”.
