TSI Assessment Exemption/Waiver Request Form

All students entering Palo Alto College must complete the assessment test unless they meet one of the approved exemptions. A test exemption is criteria that excuse you from taking the TSI Assessment, listed under the Texas Administrative Code, Title 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter C, Rule §4.54.  A student must have valid documentation for the TSI exemption on file in the Testing Center.

This form is for students who are requesting a TSI exemption at Palo Alto College. If your documentation has not been received by Palo Alto College please email the document(s) to pac-testcenter@alamo.edu. Please note that the evaluation could take up to 48 hours to process. All students are still required to complete the GoFAARR module as part of the enrollment process.
