That's why we have a dedicated team of Enrollment Coaches on staff to guide you through each step, answer your questions, and make your enrollment journey as smooth and effortless as possible. If you decide to enroll in a 100% online program, you will be assigned to one Enrollment Coach who will be your go-to resource for questions about programs, enrollment applications, and transcripts. Available via phone or email, your Enrollment Coach will be your Alamo connection until you are successfully enrolled in your college of choice.

When you call your coach, you will not be transferred to other individuals or departments; your coach will have your information and enrollment status on file and will be able to provide updates regarding where you are in the process. In the event there is an issue, your coach can provide guidance on what is needed to resolve the problem and get your enrollment back on track. In short, the collaboration between you and your Enrollment Coach ensures that you start your online academic journey with a strong foundation.
