Internships Students

Internships

The Office of Workplace Learning promotes paid local, regional and national internship opportunities, and will occasionally promote short-term unpaid Boot Camps, Virtual Internships, and Online Training Programs offered by government agencies or organizations.

Paid internships are highly competitive as many are national in scope attracting students from colleges and universities from across the country. Despite being highly competitive, many Alamo Colleges have accepted lucrative internship opportunities, locally and across the country. The Office of Workplace Learning is eager to work with you to prepare compelling applications for as many opportunities that you chose to apply for. You should plan and begin preparing the application requirements six to nine months before applications are due and attend internship application workshops.
