About Lynsey Ramirez
Lynsey Ramirez started with the Alamo Community colleges at St. Phillips and completed her Bachelor's degree in Biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She then attended Texas State University- San Marcos where she participated in multiple community events and organizations, taught biology labs, and started a family. She earned her Master's in Wildlife Ecology working with Free-tailed bats. She then started teaching at NLC as an adjunct professor while volunteering and gaining more advanced training in the field. She is currently a full-time instructor at NLC and enjoys teaching, collaborating, and growing with her students and colleagues.
Lynsey enjoys learning, reading, being outdoors, trying new food, dancing, listening to spiritual and enlightening podcasts, playing instruments, and most importantly, spending time with her family!
