About Jeff Hassmann

I received my undergraduate degree in History at Oklahoma Christian University, my M.A. in History at Texas State University, and my Ph.D. in American Religious History at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. I started working within the Alamo Colleges in 1999 as an adjunct instructor and Assistant to the President at Northwest Vista College. I have been teaching history for Northeast Lakeview College since the fall of 2007. 

Currently, I am serving as Chairperson for the Social Sciences Department which includes the disciplines of History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, and Criminal Justice.
