What is Liberal Arts?

Liberal arts aims to impart a broad general knowledge and develop general intellectual capacities, in contrast to a professional, vocational, or technical curriculum.

What will I learn?

Liberal Arts develop the rational thought and intellectual capabilities of individuals, communities, and societies. Liberal Arts students have the necessary skills to adapt to a changing workplace.

What can I do with this course of study?

Students studying Liberal Arts are well-rounded individuals with general knowledge on a wide range of subjects and a range of transferable skills.  Students will also be prepared to transfer to a university to enter into a Bachelor’s Degree Program.
