At St. Philip's College, civic engagement takes on many forms and we provide programs and efforts that engage students, faculty, and staff on-campus and in the community. We serve the social and economic needs of the community while empowering students to walk in their passions through academic and job skill development. |

Juneteenth ParadeJuneteenth Freedom Day is a widely recognized celebration of the moment over 150 years ago (June 19, 1865). St. Philip's College students participate in the march each year. |
MLK MarchThe Martin Luther King, Jr., Day of Service and March is an annual event that St. Philip's College students and employees participate by marching from the Freedom Bridge to Pittman Sullivan Park on San Antonio's Eastside. |
César E. Chávez MarchThe student-led initiative aspires to raise awareness for basic American ideals as they celebrate the life of César E. Chávez, a great man who significantly impacted the lives of others. |
