Visit alamoaces.alamo.edu to access your ACES account. Click "Get My ACES Username" and follow the instructions for the default password to log in for the first time. Contact the help desk at 210-486-0777, option 7 for assistance.

Click "Start Here" tab, then "Navigate" to access your personalized enrollment checklist.
Click on your ACES "Start Here" tab to complete the Go FAAR module. For technical assistance with the modules, contact the help desk at 210-486-0777, option 7.
Texas state law requires that all entering students, under the age of 22, show evidence of receiving a bacterial meningitis vaccination during the five-year period prior to enrollment; the law allows for a few exemptions. Submit all necessary documents to Magnus Health, including a $10 processing fee, by clicking the "Submit Documents" link on your ACES "Start Here" tab.
Visit the Moody Learning Center (1st Floor) to meet with a transient advisor to register for classes. Please present the attached card at the bottom of this page when you arrive.
Make tuition payments with cash in person at the Business Office (FAC 201) or with a credit card online via your ACES account. Pay in full or set up an installment plan before the deadlines to avoid being dropped.
While SAC enrolls students year-round, there are several parts of terms and specific deadlines for each. Be sure to pay close attention to all the application, registration and payment deadlines!
