Iannelli Appointed Dean for Academic Success

Clare Iannelli has been appointed Dean for Academic Success for San Antonio College. In her duties, she will oversee High School Programs, the Teaching and Learning Center, Library Services, Honors Academy, a Title III Grant (Project BUILD), the Academic Tutoring Centers and special projects. Iannelli previously served as the interim Dean for Academic Success starting in March 2022.

Before coming to SAC, she worked at San Jacinto College in Houston, where her duties included Dean of Student Development from 2010 to 2016 and later Dean of Compliance & Judicial Affairs from 2016 to 2022.

She earned a bachelor’s in psychology in 1998 from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and a Master of Education in counseling psychology from the University of Houston in 2001.
