In 2022, he was promoted to Advising Team Leader for eight certified advisors, providing academic advising and caseload management for more than 3,500 students in two Advising Institutes: Science and Technology (STEM) and Creative and Communication Arts (CCAI) Institutes, emphasizing program completion for every student. Within a year, his leadership improved the student experience and outcomes by 75%.
He was named Interim Director of the Veterans Affairs Office in August 2023.
