First Gen Kickoff

Description: Celebrate our first-gen kickoff with a welcome from Dr. Vela and our keynote address from Erika Prosper. We will close the kickoff with a presentation of available resources and opportunities that first-gen students can utilize to be successful in their educational journeys.

First Gen Panel Discussion

Description: Students will learn from our panel discussion what it means to be first-gen student and some key strategies to overcoming obstacles.

First Gen Drive Thru

Location: McAllister Auditorium Parking Lot
Description: Contactless Pickup – Student can drive through and pick up their first-gen t-shirts & goody bags!
