Downey is a senior associate director in Cornell University’s Undergraduate Admissions Office. He serves in a variety of admissions and enrollment capacities at Cornell, including leadership for ROTC, transfer, and veteran recruitment. Downey is a veteran and a first-generation college student. He truly enjoys connecting hard-working students with the world-class educational opportunities offered at Cornell.
