Advising Hours Summer 2024
JUNE 3RD – 26TH 8:00 AM-7:00 PM:
Certified Advisors will be available to SPC current students by appointment Monday-Thursday.
Drop-in Advising and Registration for NSO (New Student Orientation) exempt students and Alamo transfers with CPI (Change of Primary Institution) form on file:
- Mondays: 2:00 PM-6:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 5:00 PM-7:00 PM
- Thursdays: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
- Group Advising and Registration will continue for FTICs (First-Time In-College Students) on Wednesdays
- Students who attend the Enroll-A-Palooza Event on June 20th can attend Drop-in on June 24th.
- 100% Drop-in Advising services available from 1:00 PM-7:00 PM on June 27th for SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) Appeals only.

Drop-in Advising and Registration will be available at the days and times below for all new students and Alamo transfers with CPI (Change of Primary Institution) on file:

Drop-in hours extended Monday, July 15th, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM to accommodate the Enroll-A-Palooza Event on July 10th

100% drop-in Advising and Registration for all students
Additional Information:
- Online Certified Advisors Summer Hours: 9:00 AM-8:00 PM
Drop-in Services (15-20 minute visits and applies to Current students or new FTIC students) include:
- Assistance with general questions
- Assistance with identifying resources to support your success
- Assistance in completing Change of Primary Institution or Change or Program/Field of Study requests
- Assistance with ACES navigation
- Does not include Appeals, Dismissal advising, or Degree Planning

To provide you the best service, we recommend arriving to our front counter no later than 30 minutes prior to closing (see Summer Hours of Operation)
