FAQ AlamoENROLL
To retrieve your ACES ID or password, use the How do I get a username and password? Click Here tool from the ACES login page.
Your transcript may not have been processed through the Enrollment Services office at your college yet. You may continue with Steps 1-5 of the AlamoENROLL process prior to the transcript status being complete. If you believe your transcript has been processed, contact AlamoENROLL Support at 210-485-0411, Option 2 (or your local IT Helpdesk).
Ensure you are in one of the following Start Here Tab Modules: Go FAARR or Test Prep Module, by checking the web address. If the web address displayed begins with "https://alamo.instructure.com/courses", please contact your College IT Helpdesk or Support Central at 210-485-0411, Option 3.
In order to receive access to the Advising link you must complete the High School Transcript requirements and Steps 2-4 from the AlamoENROLL Requirements. Please allow 24 hours after completion of a module to update. If more than 24 hours have passed after completion for all the modules, contact your College IT Helpdesk or Support Central at 210-485-0411, Option 2.
All new applicants to the Alamo Colleges should see the Start Here tab in ACES. If you do not see the Start Here Tab, contact your College IT Helpdesk or Support Central at 210-485-0411, Option 2.
To complete the Go FAARR or Test Prep Modules, you must receive a passing score of 60% or better on the module quiz. After completion, please allow 24 hours for checklist to display a check mark. If the amount of time has passed, contact your College IT Helpdesk or Support Central at 210-485-0411, Option 2.

If you click on any Start Here Tab links Go FAARR or Test Prep Module and the page does not open, check your browser compatibility in ACES by using the Browser Check tool in the Start Here Tab. Make sure to turn off any pop-up blockers or add the web page to the safe list. If you need assistance contact your College IT Helpdesk or Support Central at 210-485-0411, Option 2.
