Campus Police
Police protection is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The primary objective of the patrol officer is to provide a safe environment for employees, students, and the community. The department is responsible for:
- Emergency services
- Criminal investigations
- Traffic enforcement/investigations
- Providing escorts
- Crime prevention
- Responding to call(s) for service
- Non-emergency request (s)
- Parking management
- Lost and Found
- Compliance with the Campus Security Act of 1990
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) office keeps a “Lost and Found” for the campus. If you’ve lost something, contact the DPS office at 210-486-5607. Unclaimed items are disposed of at the end of each semester. Found items should be turned in to the police as soon as possible.
