Technology Devices and Internet
Student Laptop and Hotspot Loaner Program Update (Program ends May 15)Who: NLC Students with Laptops or Mobile Hotspots checked out to them What: Turn in all equipment to NLIB 306 by May 15. When: No later than May 15, 2022 Why: All devices need to be checked in for inventory purposes. Also, all mobile hotspots provided will no longer be active after May 15 Action: Make sure to plan ahead for the end of this service. Wi-Fi service is always available to NLC students on campus. As of March 21, NLC will be phasing out the daily health screening (Temperature Check).
Wrist bands will no longer be required to enter the building.
The health and safety of our students, employees and the community is our highest priority, and we have been monitoring the local situation closely to adjust our plans for spring as needed.
For the Spring 2022 semester, our colleges and offices will be open.

Remote Learning |
Synchronous instruction (live class meetings at scheduled class days and times), using technology-enhanced and fully interactive learning. It offers the benefits of face-to-face instruction while maximizing social distancing efforts. Remote instruction will take place via ZOOM, Canvas, and additional remote-access tools. |

Online |
(Fully Distance Education) courses delivered entirely online in an asynchronous format. |
