How do I see an academic advisor?

Drop-In & Online Chat Advising Sessions

Drop-in advising offers students the ability to meet with an Advisor, Peer Advisor, or Advising Support Specialist for brief advising guidance (15 minutes).

We offer the following drop-in services:

• Assistance with general Advising questions
• Prerequisite Overrides
• Assistance with identifying resources to support your success
• Assistance in completing Change of Primary Institution or Change or Program/Field of Study requests
• Assistance with ACES navigation

For First Time in College students in need of their New Student Orientation and first Advising Session or if you have questions on the enrollment process, please visit with our

Please check your ACEs for an email from your assigned advisor with information on how to contact and schedule your advising session. You may also use the How to Schedule an Advising Appointment Quick Guide.

Advising appointments will be 30-45 minutes in length.
