The Alamo Colleges District and our family of five colleges- Northeast Lakeview College, Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, San Antonio College and St. Philip’s College play a key role in addressing the local skills gaps and meeting the specific needs of area employers.

Governmental Relations & Student Support

The Alamo Colleges Legislative, Industry & External Relations team serves as the liaison between the Alamo Colleges and governmental entities at the local, state and federal level, C-Suite industry executives, and other community partners in the service region. Our job is to educate and advocate for strong policies that support quality pathways for education and training at our colleges.

This includes the Alamo Colleges legislative agendas which are crafted in collaboration with the board of trustees, chancellor, campus presidents, executive administration, and other key stakeholders.
