  • Step 2. Select the document that you would like to submit.
  • How to scan and attach documents to a form:
    You may use a Smart Device (i.e. phone or tablet) to scan a document by downloading a free app, such as Evernote Scannable, available on iPhone and Android.

    Alamo Colleges District does not endorse any app, but Evernote is an example of an App that is available.

Non-Academic Grievance (report an employee that has treated a student unfairly)

SOBI (report concerning behaviors of students that are not necessarily disciplinary (this is for non-emergency reporting). When in doubt, please report these behaviors.)

Student Complaint (report a concern, dissatisfaction with a person, service, or process that requires clarification, investigation, and resolution.)

Title IX (report any gender based discrimination, including, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, dating violence, rape, bullying, sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking.)
